About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Design and deliver scalable financial management solutions on the ServiceNow platform
Lead architecture and design of financial management solutions including budgeting, cost modeling, and billing
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business and financial management requirements into technical designs
Provide architectural guidance to development teams throughout the implementation lifecycle
Serve as a trusted advisor to customers on IT Financial Management and budgeting processes
Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and lead training sessions for user adoption

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
5+ years of experience implementing enterprise software solutions
5+ years of experience working with the ServiceNow platform
Experience designing solutions related to financial management, budgeting, cost allocation, billing, or cost modeling
Experience leading technical workshops and working directly with enterprise customers
Experience working in Agile or hybrid software delivery environments
Strong expertise in ServiceNow platform architecture and application design
Excellent workshop facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills
Strong presentation skills with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong organizational and documentation skills
