💰 $70,000 - $85,000 per year

About the role

  • Overseeing the delivery of contractual scope for each customer within portfolio
  • Customer satisfaction and scope management
  • Creating and delivering quarterly business reviews
  • Identifying business value and aligning services with client objectives
  • Preventing customer and/or revenue churn
  • Defining and executing product adoption and customer retention plans
  • Coordinating with operational departments for service levels
  • Handling customer and vendor escalations
  • Owning customer portfolio and delivering contracted services

Requirements

  • minimum 3 years’ experience working in Telecom Expense Management (TEM) or similar customer success environment
  • Exceptional communication skills, written and oral
  • Strong aptitude for cross team collaboration and critical thinking
  • Ability to lead customer escalation and expectation setting
  • Moderate computer skills and typing ability
  • Organized and punctual in task completion
  • high school diploma or equivalent required
