About the role

  • Conduct detailed requirement gathering sessions with stakeholders, documenting business processes, data flows, and functional specifications.
  • Perform gap analysis, feasibility studies, and impact assessments to ensure requirements are viable and aligned with business goals.
  • Collaborate with product managers, developers, QA teams, and customers to ensure requirements are clearly understood and implemented.
  • Develop Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirement Specifications (FRS), and user stories.
  • Facilitate workshops, sprint planning sessions, and backlog grooming for Agile/Scrum projects.
  • Track requirements in JIRA, document solutions in Confluence, and create process diagrams in Visio (or similar tools).
  • Identify and document corner cases and edge scenarios to ensure product robustness.
  • Support user acceptance testing (UAT) by defining acceptance criteria, coordinating test execution, and validating deliverables.
  • Provide subject matter expertise in telecom, finance, SaaS, ITSM, and ServiceNow implementations when applicable.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • 3+ years as a Business Analyst, preferably in technology, SaaS, telecom, or ITSM environments.
  • Expertise in requirement gathering, gap analysis, and impact analysis.
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and ability to identify edge cases.
  • Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC), Agile principles, Scrum, and Kanban frameworks.
  • Proficiency with JIRA, Confluence, and Visio (or equivalent tools).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with ability to engage at all organizational levels.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a logical and structured approach.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple priorities.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Preferred: o Experience leading customer meetings and workshops.
  • o Telecom, finance, or SaaS industry experience.
  • o ITSM/ITIL domain experience.
  • o ServiceNow platform knowledge.
