About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Design, build, and maintain full-stack features across our React frontend and Node.js backend services
Architect and evolve microservices with a focus on reliability, scalability, and developer experience
Integrate AI capabilities (LLMs, agents, intelligent tooling) into product features and internal workflows
Collaborate with product, design, and data teams to deliver high-quality user experiences
Contribute to technical roadmap discussions, code reviews, and engineering best practices
Mentor mid-level engineers and help raise the bar across the team

Requirements

What you’ll need

You have a solid amount of professional experience as a fullstack engineer
Strong proficiency in Node.js (REST APIs, async patterns, performance tuning)
Deep experience with React (hooks, state management, component architecture)
Hands-on experience building and operating microservices in production
Solid understanding of API design, database modelling, and distributed systems
Experience with CI/CD, testing, security and compliance
Experience in the AI space — building on LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.), RAG pipelines, or AI agents. You've used AI to fundamentally change how you work, not as a novelty, but as your default operating mode - this is essential to your success in this role.
