  • Solid experience in an accountancy or payroll SaaS environment, you understand the day-to-day realities of practices and bureaus and can speak to customers with genuine credibility.
  • A consultative, solution-oriented approach with strong listening and discovery skills and the ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Confident navigating multiple software products - you pick up new tools quickly and evaluate them critically
  • Demonstrable ability to translate complex product and workflow knowledge into compelling, accessible narratives for both technical and non-technical audiences
  • A proven track record of building credibility and trust with customers, prospects, and internal stakeholders
