About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • - Partner with the Sales team to qualify opportunities and lead technical and functional discovery sessions with prospective clients.
  • - Deliver compelling, tailored product demonstrations that address specific customer pain points and business requirements.
  • - Act as a subject matter expert on our Bright Product Suite.
  • - Maintain up-to-date knowledge of competitor products and market trends to effectively position our solution.
  • - Collaborate with Product and Customer Success teams to relay customer feedback and influence the product roadmap.
  • - Support the handover process to the Implementation and Customer Success teams' post-sale to ensure a seamless client experience.
  • - Contribute to the continuous improvement of presales materials, demo environments, and internal playbooks.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • - 3+ years of experience in accountancy SaaS environment.
  • - Demonstrable experience in one or more of the following verticals: **Payroll, Practice Management or Compliance (Tax, Accounts Production, etc)**
  • - Experience with Bright’s product suite is desirable but not essential.
  • - Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • - Proven ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • - A consultative, solution-oriented mindset with excellent listening and discovery skills.
