About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Partner with the Sales team to qualify opportunities and lead technical and functional discovery sessions with prospective clients.
Deliver compelling, tailored product demonstrations that address specific customer pain points and business requirements.
Act as a subject matter expert on our Bright Product Suite.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of competitor products and market trends to effectively position our solution.
Collaborate with Product and Customer Success teams to relay customer feedback and influence the product roadmap.
Support the handover process to the Implementation and Customer Success teams' post-sale to ensure a seamless client experience.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of presales materials, demo environments, and internal playbooks.

Requirements

What you’ll need

3+ years of experience in accountancy SaaS environment.
Demonstrable experience in one or more of the following verticals: **Payroll, Practice Management or Compliance (Tax, Accounts Production, etc)**
Experience with Bright’s product suite is desirable but not essential.
Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence both technical and non-technical audiences.
Proven ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
A consultative, solution-oriented mindset with excellent listening and discovery skills.
