About the role
- Maintain our applicant tracking system (ATS), ensuring data accuracy and compliance with reporting requirements
- Schedule interviews for hiring managers and candidates using our ATS System
- Process candidate documentation, conduct reference checks, and support background screening processes
- Generate recruitment metrics and reports to track time-to-fill, source effectiveness, and pipeline health
- Serve as the first point of contact for candidates, responding to inquiries and providing timely updates throughout the hiring process
- Prepare offer letters and employment contracts in partnership with Core HR
- Support onboarding coordination to ensure smooth transitions for new hires
- Maintain recruitment documentation and ensure compliance with data protection regulations
- Support job posting processes across multiple platforms and job boards
Requirements
- HR Degree or Degree from a relevant discipline
- Experience working in a Human Resource Department preferably in the recruitment division
- Relevant knowledge of employment legislation
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Excellent professional judgment and decision-making skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work to tight deadlines in a multi-tasking and fast paced environment
- Advanced Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills
- Experience using HR Systems and maintaining databases
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
