About the role
- Source, engage, and support OPT/STEM OPT candidates located in the USA for placement and career opportunities
- Conduct outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to assess candidate interest and eligibility
- Screen candidates for skills, experience, visa status, availability, and career goals
- Maintain and manage candidate pipelines using ATS/CRM tools
- Engage with candidates through various communication channels
Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in US Staffing / OPT / International Recruitment
- Strong understanding of OPT, STEM OPT, CPT, H-1B basics
- Source and engage OPT / STEM OPT candidates in the USA via LinkedIn, job portals, databases, and referrals
- Conduct outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to assess candidate interest and eligibility
- Screen candidates for skills, experience, visa status, availability, and career goals
- Comfortable with cold calling and candidate engagement
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn sourcing and Boolean search
- Maintain and manage candidate pipelines using ATS/CRM tools
- Familiarity with ATS platforms (JobDiva, CEIPAL, Bullhorn, etc. preferred)
