About the role

  • Source, engage, and support OPT/STEM OPT candidates located in the USA for placement and career opportunities
  • Conduct outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to assess candidate interest and eligibility
  • Screen candidates for skills, experience, visa status, availability, and career goals
  • Maintain and manage candidate pipelines using ATS/CRM tools
  • Engage with candidates through various communication channels

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience in US Staffing / OPT / International Recruitment
  • Strong understanding of OPT, STEM OPT, CPT, H-1B basics
  • Source and engage OPT / STEM OPT candidates in the USA via LinkedIn, job portals, databases, and referrals
  • Conduct outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to assess candidate interest and eligibility
  • Screen candidates for skills, experience, visa status, availability, and career goals
  • Comfortable with cold calling and candidate engagement
  • Hands-on experience with LinkedIn sourcing and Boolean search
  • Maintain and manage candidate pipelines using ATS/CRM tools
  • Familiarity with ATS platforms (JobDiva, CEIPAL, Bullhorn, etc. preferred)
