About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Care for infant to school-aged children in their own homes
- Engage children in hands-on activities tailored to their interests and needs
- Ensure the safety and well-being of children in your care
- Work in person in an early education/preschool child care center to provide supervision, care, curriculum delivery and services per Bright Horizons’ policies, procedures and guidance
- Comply with applicable laws, regulations, immunization requirements, employment physical/screening, and health and safety training requirements
Requirements
What you’ll need- Must be 18 years of age
- High school diploma or GED required
- Must pass required state and company background checks
- Must meet state and company minimum education and experience requirements
- Reliable transportation required
- Cell phone required
- At least 1 year of child care experience outside of friends and family required
- Experience with children of all ages, from infants to 12 years old, required
- Must comply with applicable immunization, employment physical/screening, and health and safety training requirements
