About the role
- Administration, configuration, detailed analysis, support, and maintenance of assigned HR / Payroll Technology solutions (Workday, Workforce, UKG, or other assigned portfolio assets)
- Function as a business partner with the global HR organization by leveraging knowledge of system functionality and other functional/technical skills to provide user, production, and project support
- Gather requirements, prepare, and execute test scripts, and participate in creating test cases and executing regression testing
- Provide Level 1-2 support to HR and business users and primary support on HRIS ticketing system (Halo)
- Troubleshoot systems issues and perform ongoing configuration/development of the systems
- Assist in the configuration and maintenance of Workday modules such as HCM, Payroll, Absence, and Compensation and UKG Time Tracking under direction of senior team members
- Assist with Data Management activities including performing data audits and manual cleanup work across all HR Systems
- Create and maintain custom reports under the direction of senior team members
- Collaborate with HR, IT, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and implement solutions

Requirements
- Associate's Degree
- 2 or more years (or 3 years if no degree) combined experience and background in HRIS and technology fields with an in-depth knowledge of Human Resource, Payroll, Benefit concepts, terminology, and workflows
- Demonstrated Workday experience to design and document solutions to support more senior team members
- Experience with Workday modules such as HCM, Payroll, Absence, and Compensation and UKG Time Tracking
- Excellent business analysis skills: timeline planning, requirements definition and documentation, and test planning and execution of test cases
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to summarize and present findings to all levels of staff

- Preferred: Bachelor's Degree
- Preferred: Highly analytical with a natural curiosity about data and ability to use tools at hand (i.e., Workday Community) and provide recommended solutions to issues
- Preferred: Outstanding Excel skills and knowledge of other MS tools
