About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Take full ownership of customer-facing training and serve as the primary point of contact for training engagements.
  • Learn the complex, configurable software and customer-specific configurations to independently build and facilitate curricula.
  • Develop and maintain training materials, including e-learning modules and exercises.
  • Write job aids, quick-reference guides, and process documentation.
  • Collaborate with leadership, product managers, and subject matter experts to improve curricula.
  • Train new customers virtually and at customer sites across the U.S.
  • Plan, develop, and deliver customer-specific training for internal teams and external customers.
  • Manage training schedules and deployment across customer accounts.
  • Facilitate interactive, tailored training programs for external clients.
  • Monitor learner progress, gather feedback, and refine content and delivery methods.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness using metrics and best practices.
  • Maintain current knowledge of Taft-Hartley practices.
  • Become a product subject matter expert and contribute to eLearning development.
  • Collaborate across the business to achieve goals and enhance customer experience.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum 3 years of experience delivering technology-based training to adult learners and developing curriculum
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or strong knowledge of instructional design techniques is required
  • Proven experience as a software trainer
  • Ability to learn complex, highly configurable products independently and translate knowledge into training curricula
  • Technical writing experience producing job aids, quick-reference guides, and process documentation for technical or software audiences
  • Experience in the Taft-Hartley industry and with enterprise-class software solutions is preferred
  • Certification in training or learning and development is preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to engage individuals at all organizational levels
  • Familiarity with modern training methods, tools, and techniques
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple training sessions simultaneously
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Willingness to travel approximately 25% within the U.S. and Canada
  • East Coast candidates are strongly preferred
