About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Learn by doing: work directly in sales and gain valuable practical experience.
- Take responsibility for your own and cross-team projects that address current business challenges.
- Learn through job shadowing and on-the-job training.
- Broaden your perspective through exposure to different business areas.
- Work closely with international and cross-functional teams.
- Understand the company holistically: gain insights into different departments — from production and sales to the Technical Center and corporate headquarters.
- Accompany customer visits and contribute to operational business processes.
- Receive training on products, markets and business intelligence.
- Gain insight into strategic decision-making at the European level.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Education: You have completed a degree or an equivalent qualification, ideally in a business, technical or analytical field (e.g., Business, Finance or Engineering).
- Skills & Mindset: You do not need to fulfill every requirement completely — what matters is that you demonstrate many of the following strengths:
- Analytical and solution-oriented thinking
- Affinity for numbers and a strong understanding of data and interrelationships
- Interest in digital tools and openness to the use of AI in sales and decision-making contexts
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- High commitment and a drive to deliver results
- Customer-oriented thinking and an interest in understanding customer needs
- Language skills: Excellent German and English, both written and spoken (at least C1 level)
- Locations & Mobility: Your onboarding will take place locally in Germany, with possible assignments across different regions (north, east, south and central Germany)
- You hold a valid driving license (Class B)
- Willingness to travel internationally and to work in an intercultural environment
