About the role

  • Professional support of the assigned direct and indirect car dealership customers.
  • Tailored planning and management of sales, product mix, and contribution margin.
  • Customer acquisition in line with the sales strategy.
  • Expert support of customer sales organizations together with the Key Account Managers.
  • Presentation of sales programs and campaigns, new products including training measures, as well as preparation of customer presentations.
  • Preparation and conclusion of annual agreements to increase sell-out and product mix.
  • Careful planning of travel routes and preparation for daily customer visits.
  • Continuous market and competitor analysis: activities, prices, conditions, promotions.
  • Participation in trade fairs and exhibitions as well as representation at customer events.

Requirements

  • You have completed a commercial apprenticeship with a technical background and possess solid business management knowledge.
  • You have several years of relevant professional experience in sales / field service, preferably in the automotive supplier industry.
  • Solid MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Very good CRM knowledge.
  • Fluent German and good English skills, both written and spoken.
  • Strong communication skills in customer interactions, as well as quick comprehension and analytical foresight.
  • Flexible and assertive personality.
  • Willingness to travel is a matter of course for you.
