About the role

  • Provide strong leadership and guidance to the PSV Operations Managers and tyre technicians.
  • Build strong relationships with Engineering Directors & Chief Engineers.
  • Ensure contractual compliance and profitability of accounts.
  • Maintain high focus on H&S for Bridgestone field operatives and customers workshops.
  • Control stock inventory and fleet parks impacting stock valuation reporting and fleet profitability.
  • Maintain relationships with senior & middle management in all PSV fleets.
  • Ensure smooth implementation of new contracts with support of line manager.
  • Ensure KPIs for direct reports are achieved in the region.

Requirements

  • Must have good accountancy knowledge.
  • Flexible working style.
  • Excellent communicator.
  • Good IT skills.
  • Clear attention to detail.
  • Valid driving licence.
  • Ability to prioritise work and be effective under pressure.
