About the role
- Responsible for leading and executing the continuous improvement strategy.
- Engage in operational improvements and develop continuous improvement programs.
- Deliver monthly reporting and conduct studies in cost, productivity, etc.
- Implement new practices that deliver value to operational processes.
- Conduct root cause analysis and develop process documentation.
Requirements
- Lead continuous improvement strategy for the Bridgestone Brits Manufacturing Plant.
- Identify, design and improve production processes to increase productivity, reduce costs and maintain quality standards.
- Coach and train continuous improvement engineers and other staff.
- Manage all IE related documents to ensure compliance.
- Design and execute focused improvement programmes to support organisational goals.
