About the role

  • Greet customers in person and by phone and handle all counter administrative activities
  • Provide customers with information about products and services
  • Perform an initial diagnosis of vehicles
  • Prepare estimates, repair orders, invoices, and manage vehicle handovers
  • Handle customer complaints
  • Maintain the customer database and enter information into the dedicated software
  • Manage the administrative aspects of sales activities
  • Organize sales and promotional activities according to quantitative and qualitative targets set by management
  • Apply the company’s quality procedures
  • Organize and manage showroom/display areas
  • Schedule workshop/service interventions

Requirements

  • Team player
