About the role
- Greet customers in person and by phone and handle all counter administrative activities
- Provide customers with information about products and services
- Perform an initial diagnosis of vehicles
- Prepare estimates, repair orders, invoices, and manage vehicle handovers
- Handle customer complaints
- Maintain the customer database and enter information into the dedicated software
- Manage the administrative aspects of sales activities
- Organize sales and promotional activities according to quantitative and qualitative targets set by management
- Apply the company’s quality procedures
- Organize and manage showroom/display areas
- Schedule workshop/service interventions
Requirements
- Team player
- Attention to detail and rigor
- Ideally, experience in customer relations
- Strong interpersonal skills and commercial awareness
