About the role

  • The Sales manager TBR will report to the Sales Director.
  • Responsible for the full P&L of the TBR business in South Africa.
  • Managing relationships with key customers’ senior Management and Sales Staff.
  • Key account management.
  • Ensuring optimization of profitability for key customers and Bridgestone South Africa.
  • Develop and work with the TBR team to execute sales plans for the year with key customers.
  • Act as a business partner, engaging with key stakeholders and communicating effectively across the board.
  • Coordinate with pricing team to help set the correct price strategy.
  • Accountable for the implementation of annual marketing plans.
  • Conduct market intelligence and performance review of customers.

Requirements

  • Bachelors’ degree in a relevant topic is essential, Masters’ degree a benefit
  • 8-10 years’ of relevant experience
  • Proficient in MS office.
  • Analytical and strategic problem solver
  • Willing to travel frequently
  • Sales focused and results orientated.
  • Great negotiation skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal English essential.
  • Results Orientated.
