About the role

  • Develop new Mold and construction by combination of NTs, jointly with NT development functions (in EMEA and in other poles) to meet Next Gen. Products targets (both REP and OE perspectives.)
  • Work Cross functionally within R&D and Business Units and other technical poles engaging teams on customer driven journeys to design with a BOSS driven focus
  • Prepare appropriate documentation for projects and participate in Technical Meetings with stakeholders.
  • Use of Design Thinking and Virtual development tools to ensure robust and lean development.

Requirements

  • Experience in R&D, with preference on Tire development and New Technologies development
  • Innovation oriented mindset both in terms of technical solutions for products and for working process enhancement.
  • Digital mindset: Ability to develop and/or apply new digital tools/software to change business or processes.
  • Learning and Change Agility
  • Computer: MS Office, strong background in CREO, understanding/experience of FEM methodology
  • University: Master degree in Mechanical/Aeronautic Engineer or related fields
  • Language: upper Intermediate level of English.
