About the role

  • Lead and coordinate regional sales administration operations
  • Ensure timely and accurate execution of commercial processes related to pricing, billing, discounts, rebates, and customer claims
  • Manage a team of frontline and back-office specialists
  • Foster cross-functional collaboration
  • Ensure compliance and operational excellence across multiple systems and workflows
  • Oversee discount and rebate setup, validation, and maintenance in SAP and Pricefx
  • Supervise customer claims registration, validation, and resolution
  • Monitor KPIs and service levels, and provide regular performance updates
  • Support internal audits and compliance reviews
  • Analyze pricing discrepancies and claims trends to propose improvements
  • Oversee SAP data maintenance and billing document validation
  • Support automation initiatives and system enhancements

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, or related field
  • 4–6 years in sales administration, customer service, or team leadership
  • Strong knowledge of SAP S4/Hana, Pricefx, Freshdesk, Salesforce
  • Familiarity with Winshuttle, DR Manager, xSuite
  • Analytical mindset and data interpretation skills
  • English C1
  • Polish C1
