About the role
- Reception & Sales - Receive B2B customer calls - Identify and analyze their needs - Propose and sell our products while showcasing our expertise - Manage order follow-up and resolve disputes - Conduct prospecting campaigns and foster customer loyalty
- Organization & Autonomy - Maintain and update the CRM - Handle the administrative and logistical management of orders - Schedule deliveries and ensure their successful execution - Conduct satisfaction surveys and follow-up actions
Requirements
- Education: Bac Pro in Commerce / Customer Relations (Vocational High School Diploma)
- Experience: Minimum 1 year in sales, customer relations or the automotive sector
- Skills: Proficient in Excel, Outlook and Teams
- Required qualities: - Commercial mindset and customer-service orientation - Excellent communication skills and diplomacy - Strong attention to detail and ability to manage priorities - Autonomy and results-driven
