About the role
- Greet customers in person and by phone
- Inform customers about products and services
- Perform an initial diagnosis on vehicles
- Prepare estimates, repair orders, and invoices, and handle vehicle handovers
- Handle complaints
- Maintain the customer database and enter information into the dedicated software
- Carry out the administrative management of sales activities
- Organize sales activities according to objectives set by management
- Apply the company’s current quality procedures
- Organize and oversee showroom/display areas
- Schedule workshop interventions
Requirements
- Team player

- Ideally have experience in customer relations
- Strong interpersonal skills and commercial awareness
