About the role

  • Greet customers in person and by phone
  • Inform customers about products and services
  • Perform an initial diagnosis on vehicles
  • Prepare estimates, repair orders, and invoices, and handle vehicle handovers
  • Handle complaints
  • Maintain the customer database and enter information into the dedicated software
  • Carry out the administrative management of sales activities
  • Organize sales activities according to objectives set by management
