About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage communication with dealers, truck stops, and truck fleets to exceed sales targets.
- Cultivate a prioritized list of target fleets and partner with Dealer Commercial Sales Representatives (CSRs) to conduct daily sales calls.
- Lead business planning with dealers to set growth targets and strategies.
- Drive the training and adoption of Bridgestone Fleet Care Solutions, programs, and sales tools.
- Monitor dealer inventory levels, forecast future needs, and collect competitive intelligence.
- Conduct "Fleet Genba" activities (direct on-site observation) to understand customer operations and recommend solutions.
- Adhere to safety protocols, customer safety requirements, and proper PPE usage.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Typically requires a minimum of 5 years of related experience with a bachelor’s degree; or equivalent work experience.
