Human Resources

• Provide day-to-day administrative support across HR, Recruitment, and Training functions
• Maintain accurate employee records on Bridges Online (BOL) and other HR systems
• Assist with onboarding paperwork, inductions, and employee file management
• Prepare HR letters, contracts, and correspondence
• Provide first-line support for employee queries with guidance from HR colleagues
• Support HR reporting and monitoring (absence, training, etc.)
• Draft and post job adverts and coordinate interviews and candidate communications
• Maintain recruitment trackers, perform pre-employment checks, references, and offer paperwork
• Support onboarding of agency workers and subcontractors ensuring compliance
• Coordinate training bookings and logistics; keep training records and certification logs updated
• Assist with induction processes, apprenticeships, graduate programmes, and development initiatives

Junior HR Administrator

Project Manager

• Plan, execute, and finalise manufactured-based projects according to strict deadlines and within specification and budget
• Coordinate efforts of workshop and site-based team members and third-party contractors or consultants to deliver and integrate in-house manufactured package process plant to customer sites
• Lead and set an example across the business, promoting company values
• Manage and deliver multiple production projects, with portfolio value/complexity linked to experience
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget and incident free in line with Bridges standards
• Ensure appropriate project governance processes are followed to minimise delivery risks and maximise contract profitability
• Develop an enthusiastic, motivated, and flexible team and ensure Health, Safety and Environmental requirements are adhered to
• Enable team development, drive and initiative to meet and exceed project and client expectations
• Provide flexible support to changing project needs and demands
• Provide regular feedback to the Head of Manufacturing on project performance
• Participate in project reviews and implement learning and best practice
• Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues
• Work on projects ranging from £5k to £15m, acting as Principal Contractor and Principal Designer on various schemes and supporting Tier 1 contractor clients

Production Project Manager

• Responsible for end-to-end delivery of complex engineering projects ensuring safety, schedule, budget, and quality
• Lead planning, execution and completion of projects
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, clients and stakeholders to ensure alignment with organisational goals and client expectations
• Manage staff and subcontractors working on assigned projects
• Take responsibility for health & safety of self and all under your control; completion of RAMS
• Create and manage appropriate Project Documentation and control project expenditure within a monthly project reporting structure
• Close liaison and management of the Client and other stakeholders
• Proactively manage the impact on and protection of the environment
• Travel to sites and client meetings; hybrid working from HQ in Midsomer Norton
• Deliver projects ranging from £5k to £15m, acting as Principal Contractor and Principal Designer or supporting Tier 1 contractor clients

Senior Project Manager

Engineer

• Work on Frameworks delivering planned and reactive M&E engineering projects on water and wastewater sites in the region
• Support Project Managers in their projects across the region
• Quickly learn the full project management process and progress to ownership of work
• Travel to and from client sites and attend client meetings (client meetings take precedence)
• Spend initial months full-time in the office, then operate hybrid: 3 days in office and 2 days at home
• Analyse project performance and produce project reports
• Use planning software (e.g., Microsoft Project) and apply engineering principles and business acumen
• Act as Principal Contractor/Principal Designer on schemes and support Tier 1 contractors and off-site manufacturing as required
