About the role
- First point of contact for comprehensive advisory services to our existing customers on financing, investment business and cross-selling
- Development of targeted strategies for the active management of the customer portfolio
- Active integration of ESG topics into daily activities
- Development of tailored solutions in collaboration with the Credit Unit
- Strengthening the bank’s market position through presence at regional events and networking meetings
Requirements
- Completed degree in economics, industrial engineering or a comparable qualification
- Significant experience in project-based business or, alternatively, completed training in banking
- Enthusiasm for banking and lending business, ideally with initial experience or interest in the energy sector
- Confident presence and strong negotiation skills
- Good team and communication skills, initiative and customer orientation
