About the role
- First point of contact for comprehensive advisory services to our existing customers
- Develop targeted strategies for proactively managing the customer portfolio
- Actively incorporate ESG (environmental, social, governance) considerations into daily activities
- Develop bespoke solutions together with the Credit Unit
- Strengthen the bank's market position at regional events and networking meetings
Requirements
- Degree in Economics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable qualification
- Completed banking training or extensive experience in project business
- Strong interest in banking and lending
- Ideally, initial experience or a strong interest in the energy sector
- Confident manner and strong negotiation skills
- Good teamwork and communication skills
- Self-motivation and customer focus
