About the role
- Manage ongoing business processes from independently preparing loan agreements to arranging collateral
- Ongoing handling of existing loan agreements (disbursement process, maturities, interest rate hedging, interest rate extensions, loan repayments)
- Make credit decisions for clients (groups of related customers) with credit volumes up to €2.5 million
- Independently manage the corresponding credit exposures
- Act as an initiator for sales approaches arising from existing customer relationships
Requirements
- Completed banking apprenticeship or degree in economics/business administration
- Deep expertise in banking and credit operations, ideally with experience in the energy sector
- Professional presence and strong negotiation skills
- Strong team and communication skills, initiative, and customer orientation
