About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Serve as the primary point of contact for NS2 Cloud Customers within Federal Accounts, including DoD and Fed-CIV agencies, focused on S/4HANA RISE Private Cloud Edition.
Lead strategic and operational delivery from contract signature through onboarding, service delivery, release and maintenance planning, governance, architecture oversight, and renewal strategy.
Serve as senior-level customer engagement lead and trusted advisor.
Conduct executive and quarterly business reviews with customer leadership.
Deliver and interpret balanced scorecards and performance KPIs.
Translate Federal mission goals into SAP NS2 cloud strategies and roadmaps.
Lead complex onboarding and transition projects in regulated DoD and Fed-CIV environments.
Serve as single point of contact for NS2 Cloud Services support requirements.
Manage multi-domain service delivery against scope, budget, and milestones.
Oversee incident management and escalations with MCC and OCC teams.
Develop and enforce quality and compliance plans.
Lead customer release and maintenance planning, IT calendar management, and version control.
Build executive relationships across procurement, program management, and security compliance stakeholders.
Identify upsell and service expansion opportunities with Sales and Solution teams.
Support renewals, contract extensions, and commercial change requests.
Drive Cloud Application Services operating profit reviews and SLA management.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Computer Science, Technical Engineering, or a related field
7+ years of customer-facing program or delivery management experience
Experience preferably within Federal, DoD, or Fed-CIV environments
Must be a U.S. citizen
Deep understanding of DoD Cloud security models, FedRAMP compliance, and NIST frameworks
Ability to lead delivery for multiple customers while maintaining compliance and service quality
Strong executive communication, relationship building, and stakeholder management skills
Expertise in SAP service delivery, including S/4HANA, BTP, and SAC
Experience in Cloud Application and Technical Delivery
Adaptability toward adopting AI and automation technologies
Experience with SAP or SAP NS2 preferred
ITIL Foundation or higher certification preferred
Working knowledge of SAP NS2 Cloud models, operating processes, and Federal compliance standards
Familiarity with DoD IL2–IL6 certification levels, FedRAMP, DISA STIGs, and related regulatory frameworks highly desirable
