About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Produce high-quality content across blog, social, email, web copy, sales collateral, and event assets
- Maintain the editorial calendar, briefs, review process, and publishing across channels
- Submit creative briefs and track agency deliverables against timelines
- Maintain a central content library, version control, and brand consistency
- Source, plan, manage, and execute marketing events from concept through post-event follow-up
- Own event budgets, timelines, vendors, venues, registration, staffing, collateral, and on-site execution
- Coordinate event promotion, lead capture, and follow-up
- Measure event ROI and refine the event mix based on performance
- Own day-to-day company website updates, page builds, landing pages, and maintenance
- Coordinate UX, design, and landing-page creative with design and creative agencies
- Manage SEO hygiene, site performance, and analytics
- Keep the website current, on-brand, and aligned with campaigns and launches
- Manage creative partners and event vendors, including timelines, deliverables, invoices, relationships, and quality standards
- Flag vendor scope or budget concerns to the VP Marketing
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years in content marketing, brand, events, or marketing programs; B2B preferred
- Excellent writing and storytelling skills with a portfolio across formats and channels
- Proven experience managing events end to end, including logistics and budgets
- Hands-on CMS proficiency, including content creation, publishing workflows, and content structure and consistency
- Experience maintaining a company website, including landing pages and campaign-aligned updates
- Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple workstreams and deadlines
- Brand and design sensibility with high standards for quality and consistency
- Experience directing freelancers and creative agencies
- Experience in adtech, martech, media, data, or an adjacent technology sector
- Hands-on experience with WordPress, Webflow, or HubSpot CMS
- Basic HTML/CSS
- Familiarity with SEO and web analytics, such as GA4
- Comfort with video, motion, or design tools for lightweight production
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
