About the role
- Drive the execution, optimization, and quality control of Paid Social and Google Ads campaigns
- Manage daily workflows and support operations across campaign builds, targeting, budgets, bids, and tracking
- Monitor live campaigns daily to ensure accurate delivery, pacing, and performance against client KPIs
- Recommend and implement optimizations to improve campaign performance
- Oversee and own pixel implementation, event setup, and conversion tracking
- Support reporting by ensuring data accuracy across platforms and internal reporting tools
- Evaluate new platforms/features/opportunities and develop strategic POVs
- Serve as technical consultant and assist clients with troubleshooting pixels and page access issues
- Follow established QA checklists, build standards, and operational workflows
- Facilitate proactive and timely communication with cross-functional teams
Requirements
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience in Paid Social, Paid Search, and/or digital media operations
- Fluency in executing campaigns in Meta and Google Ads across all campaign types and objectives
- Strong working knowledge of each platforms’ capabilities, features, and best practices
- Working knowledge of conversion tracking, pixels, and Google Tag Manager
- Proficiency in Google Sheets and Excel, including pivot tables and vlookups
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns in a fast-paced environment
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, with a concentration in advertising, marketing, business administration, communications, or related field
- Hands on experience in The Trade Desk, Beeswax, TikTok, Snapchat, and LinkedIn
- Basic knowledge of JavaScript for tag troubleshooting.
