About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support in managing calendars, appointments, meetings and corporate events;
  • Assist with travel arrangements, hotel bookings, transportation and other logistical needs;

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in progress or completed in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, Business Management or a related field;
  • Previous experience in administrative routines, executive support or supporting leadership;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
  • Strong sense of priorities and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
