About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support in managing calendars, appointments, meetings and corporate events;
- Assist with travel arrangements, hotel bookings, transportation and other logistical needs;
- Handle telephone calls, screen contacts and manage correspondence;
- Maintain and organize physical and digital documents, ensuring confidentiality and easy access to information;
- Assist with organizing meetings, welcoming visitors and following up on administrative requests;
- Liaise with different departments to monitor and align activities;
- Track deadlines, commitments and strategic tasks, providing necessary support to leadership;
- Safeguard confidentiality and ensure orderly processes within areas of responsibility.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in progress or completed in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, Business Management or a related field;
- Previous experience in administrative routines, executive support or supporting leadership;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- Strong sense of priorities and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
