About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Plan and operationalize promotional campaigns;
- Configure: discounts, gifts, bundles, coupons and shipping rules;
- Ensure correct execution of the commercial calendar;
- Validate campaigns and features prior to publication.
- Monitor indicators: stockouts, coverage, inventory turnover, aging and sell-through;
- Work with supply and planning teams to prevent stockouts during campaigns;
- Support strategies to reduce overstock and accelerate turnover;
- Monitor performance of strategic categories and SKUs;
- Develop demand and sales-behavior analyses;
- Prioritize product exposure based on: availability, margin, performance and seasonality.
- Monitor channel metrics: revenue, margin, conversion, CAC, ROAS, cart abandonment and LTV;
- Identify opportunities to improve the purchase funnel;
- Propose data-driven optimizations.
- Lead continuous improvements in navigation and user experience;
- Identify operational and conversion bottlenecks;
- Support CRO initiatives and journey improvements.
- Collaborate with technology, CRM, media, customer service (SAC), logistics, planning and product teams;
- Ensure operational alignment of commercial activities.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, Economics, Engineering, Information Technology or related fields.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in e-commerce operations.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Experience with e-commerce platforms, especially VTEX and/or Shopify.
- Knowledge of Google Analytics.
- Knowledge of Looker Studio.
- Knowledge of CRM systems.
- Experience with promotional campaigns and commercial calendar management.
- Knowledge of SEO.
- Knowledge of conversion funnel concepts.
- Knowledge of CRO tools.
- Experience analyzing digital performance metrics.
