About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Plan and operationalize promotional campaigns;
  • Configure: discounts, gifts, bundles, coupons and shipping rules;
  • Ensure correct execution of the commercial calendar;
  • Validate campaigns and features prior to publication.
  • Monitor indicators: stockouts, coverage, inventory turnover, aging and sell-through;
  • Work with supply and planning teams to prevent stockouts during campaigns;
  • Support strategies to reduce overstock and accelerate turnover;
  • Monitor performance of strategic categories and SKUs;
  • Develop demand and sales-behavior analyses;
  • Prioritize product exposure based on: availability, margin, performance and seasonality.
  • Monitor channel metrics: revenue, margin, conversion, CAC, ROAS, cart abandonment and LTV;
  • Identify opportunities to improve the purchase funnel;
  • Propose data-driven optimizations.
  • Lead continuous improvements in navigation and user experience;
  • Identify operational and conversion bottlenecks;
  • Support CRO initiatives and journey improvements.
  • Collaborate with technology, CRM, media, customer service (SAC), logistics, planning and product teams;
  • Ensure operational alignment of commercial activities.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, Economics, Engineering, Information Technology or related fields.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in e-commerce operations.
  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • Experience with e-commerce platforms, especially VTEX and/or Shopify.
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics.
  • Knowledge of Looker Studio.
  • Knowledge of CRM systems.
  • Experience with promotional campaigns and commercial calendar management.
  • Knowledge of SEO.
  • Knowledge of conversion funnel concepts.
  • Knowledge of CRO tools.
  • Experience analyzing digital performance metrics.
