About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide N2/N3 support to users of the ERP TOTVS Protheus;
Maintain and support the Protheus environment (AppServer, DBAccess, SmartClient and integrations);
Diagnose and resolve incidents by analyzing logs, tables and the database;
Monitor jobs, automated routines and system interfaces;
Apply updates, patches (UPDs) and environment parameterizations;
Develop and maintain customizations in ADVPL, including routines, reports and integrations;
Support integrations via APIs, REST and SOAP, performing troubleshooting when necessary;
Ensure compliance with SLAs for ticket response and resolution;
Document solutions, procedures and system improvements;
Support ERP implementation projects, system enhancements and provide technical support to the team.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Data Processing, Systems Analysis, Computer Science or a related field;
Experience with the ERP TOTVS Protheus;
Knowledge of ADVPL programming language;
Experience with Protheus architecture (AppServer, DBAccess and SmartClient);
Knowledge of databases such as SQL Server, Oracle or similar;
Experience with integrations via APIs, REST and SOAP;
Functional knowledge of Protheus modules such as Inventory, Costing, Purchasing, Production Planning and Control (PCP), GFE and WMS;
Knowledge of SQL and APSDU;
Analytical, organized profile with strong problem-solving skills;
Experience in system maintenance, handling support tickets and N2/N3 support will be considered a plus.
