About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead the S&OP cycle.
Collect and analyze sales data, inventory levels, and future demand projections.
Develop reports, performance indicators (WMAPE, BIAS, FILL RATE), and presentation materials for S&OP cycle meetings.
Support the definition of planning and inventory policies, such as lead times and safety stock levels.
Interface with related departments and follow up on actions defined in meetings.

Requirements

What you’ll need

University degree in engineering, business administration, or related fields.
S&OP training or certification is a plus.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with advanced Excel skills.
Experience with ERP systems.
Knowledge and experience in integrated planning techniques.
Strong data analysis skills and experience preparing management reports and presentations.
