About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Prepare and monitor budgets, ensuring robust financial control
  • Analyze and control inventories and stock (fixed and variable)
  • Perform cost closings (calculation, analysis, and accounting)
  • Execute accounting reconciliations and provisions related to costs
  • Develop and present management reports and strategic analyses
  • Conduct physical inventories and support audits
  • Perform product and project pricing
  • Prepare financial projections, feasibility analyses, and payback calculations
  • Calculate CPV/CMV (COGS) for budget composition
  • Participate in cost-reduction and waste-elimination projects
  • Complete and submit ancillary obligations such as FCI

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in cost accounting or accounting
  • Strong knowledge of cost accounting, period-end closing, inventory control, financial analysis, and economic feasibility
  • Experience with fixed asset routines
  • Experience with the Protheus ERP system
