About the role
- Prepare and monitor budgets, ensuring robust financial control
- Analyze and control inventories and stock (fixed and variable)
- Perform cost closings (calculation, analysis, and accounting)
- Execute accounting reconciliations and provisions related to costs
- Develop and present management reports and strategic analyses
- Conduct physical inventories and support audits
- Perform product and project pricing
- Prepare financial projections, feasibility analyses, and payback calculations
- Calculate CPV/CMV (COGS) for budget composition
- Participate in cost-reduction and waste-elimination projects
- Complete and submit ancillary obligations such as FCI
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in cost accounting or accounting
- Strong knowledge of cost accounting, period-end closing, inventory control, financial analysis, and economic feasibility
- Experience with fixed asset routines
- Experience with the Protheus ERP system
