About the role
- Responsible for providing technical user support, responding to infrastructure incidents, and sustaining IT environments;
- Will handle ticket support, troubleshooting, configuration and maintenance of network devices, assist with Windows Server administration, perform backup routines, antivirus management, updates, and monitoring;
- Collaborate in maintaining both on-premises and cloud environments.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree;
- Experience in technical support;
- Knowledge of Windows Server, networking, monitoring tools, and incident resolution;
- Strong technical analysis skills, organization, clear communication, and a proactive approach to problem solving.
