About the role

  • Customer database management: structure and segment the database for CRM initiatives (leads, prospects, and active/inactive customers).
  • Base acquisition: develop strategies to capture and nurture leads, integrating CRM with paid media, social, email, and automations.
  • Retention and loyalty: create and optimize loyalty programs, re-engagement campaigns, and automation flows that increase repeat purchases.
  • Customer lifecycle: design and manage automated journeys (onboarding, activation, churn prevention, win-back, etc.).
  • LTV and engagement: analyze purchase behavior and propose personalized actions that maximize lifetime value and average ticket size.
  • Performance and reporting: monitor KPIs (open rate, click-through rate, conversion, churn, CAC, LTV, CRM ROI) and report results regularly.
  • Data integration: work with BI and Media teams to ensure consistency and quality of data across platforms (CDP, CRM, e-commerce).
  • Coordinate the use and evolution of CRM, marketing automation and email marketing tools (e.g., RD Insider, Salesforce, HubSpot, Klaviyo, ActiveCampaign, etc.).
  • Leadership and collaboration: manage a team and collaborate with media, content and product teams to build integrated campaigns.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 4 years' experience in CRM, marketing automation and relationship marketing.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or related fields.
  • Courses related to marketing platforms, process management and Growth.
  • Strong analytical ability, with proficiency in metrics such as CAC, LTV, churn and ROI.
