About the role
- Define and execute BRG’s firmwide technical strategy for Data & AI Infrastructure in partnership with the AI & Technology leadership.
- Lead the design and deployment of a scalable, secure, and compliant data and AI platform that serves as the backbone for all internal and client-facing AI initiatives.
- Develop and maintain a multi-year roadmap for AI tooling, infrastructure modernization, and enterprise enablement.
- Identify, evaluate, and establish key technology partnerships with leading AI vendors and cloud providers to accelerate innovation and delivery.
- Oversee enterprise deployment and adoption of AI desktop tooling, including Microsoft Copilot, GitHub Copilot, and other AI productivity platforms.
- Collaborate with firm leaders to drive AI literacy, adoption, and responsible use across practices.
- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing technical team spanning data engineering, MLOps, cloud architecture, and AI product development.
- Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and technical excellence within the Data & AI function.
- Establish and govern standards for data quality, model lifecycle management, and AI compliance in alignment with firm and client requirements.
- Oversee the integration of AI and data services into client delivery processes, ensuring scalability, performance, and security.
- Represent BRG’s Data & AI capabilities externally through strategic partnerships, industry forums, and thought leadership.
- Contribute to the firm’s innovation strategy by identifying emerging AI trends, tools, and approaches that can differentiate BRG in the marketplace.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related field; MBA or advanced technical degree preferred.
- 8-10 years of progressive experience in technology leadership, with at least 5 years focused on AI infrastructure, data platforms, or enterprise AI enablement.
- Proven experience leading large-scale technology initiatives and cross-functional teams within professional services or enterprise environments.
- Deep understanding of modern data architecture, cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP), and AI/ML infrastructure.
- Demonstrated success in developing technical strategy, managing partnerships with major technology vendors, and deploying enterprise AI solutions.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to align technical execution to business strategy.
