About the role
- Act as liaison with Marketing, Trade, Sales, Product Engineering and Logistics teams;
- Develop commercial strategies and business growth initiatives in collaboration with internal teams and suppliers;
- Work on website improvements with a focus on increasing sales volume;
- Manage product listings, monitor inventory and track competitor activity;
- Create campaigns, promotions and other activations;
- Measure results achieved from implemented strategies;
- Prepare reports using Google Analytics and internal systems;
- Manage commercial aspects of the store platforms;
- Provide support to Customer Service teams;
- Produce reports with key performance indicators and weekly performance summaries.
Requirements
- Easy commute to Cidade Jardim or Vila Olímpia (São Paulo);
- Previous experience at a mid-level (Pleno) in the role to understand the area's dynamics and challenges;
- Practical experience with the VTEX platform (from previous employers) and intermediate Microsoft Office skills.
