About the role
- Lead and develop an international AE team (english and spanish speakers), driving consistent quota attainment and individual growth.
- Coach, inspire, and empower your team through regular 1:1s, deal reviews, and actionable feedback.
- Execute the go-to-market strategy defined with the Sales Director, ensuring alignment with Marketing, CS, and Product teams.
- Monitor and manage pipeline health: ensure strong forecasting accuracy, data hygiene, and deal progression.
- Support full-cycle sales execution - from prospecting to closing - ensuring best practices and customer excellence.
- Foster collaboration and knowledge sharing within your team and across regions.
- Champion Brevo’s values and culture, creating an environment of trust, transparency, and performance.
Requirements
- 5-8 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in MarTech/SaaS environments.
- 2+ years in sales management or team leadership, with proven success in leading AEs or inside sales teams.
- Experience managing international teams (English-speaking markets a must; Spanish or other European languages a plus).
- Strong track record in SMB or Mid-Market sales cycles, with full ownership from lead to close.
- Excellent coaching, communication, and motivational skills.
- Skilled in CRM use, pipeline management, and forecasting.
- Comfortable in fast-changing, high-growth environments.
