Industry Market Manager – Food & Nutrition

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Build, Lead and inspire a newly create Product Management team that supports Brenntag’s Values and Culture and the Brenntag Way execution for business conduct and compliance
- Contributes to the delivery of service excellence to both internal and external stakeholders
- Builds and maintains a positive work environment by actively driving employee initiatives aimed at enhancing engagement and satisfaction
- Develops overall strategy for the division in coordination with the IMM Team
- Supervise the PM in the selection, management and development of vendors and categories
- Manage his team in the execution of regional vendor’s overall pipeline
- Follow up and implement as required
- Ensures safety is the priority and that all activities are conducted in accordance with quality, health, safety and environmental management systems as well as corporate and local policies
Requirements
What you’ll need- University degree in relevant field
- Previous work experience (10 years) in Functional Food distribution or Specialty ingredients manufacturer
- Strong product, market and vendors knowledge of Specialties and Functional Ingredients
- Previously manage, train, coach, supervise people
