About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Work with Brenntag’s strategic producer partners to learn their product portfolio
Work with product and category managers, to identify and strategize entry into the potential target accounts
Visit the accounts with the sales team weekly, and engage with customer’s R&D
Engage with producer partners and suggest best solutions to the customer
Engage with the application team to accelerate customer projects
Follow up with the customers to ensure successful commercialization of the products
Attend product training and extend training to the field account managers

Requirements

What you’ll need

B S or MS in food science, nutrition, chemistry or life science
Min 10 years’ experience in food product development and or technical sales
Sales and ingredient distribution experience preferred
Understanding of unit operations and unit processes in target industries.
Extensive hands-on experience with the application of flavors and colors in a variety of food products
