About the role
- Define Commercial Excellence Standards and harmonized Sales Process and coordinate implementation across commercial organizations
- Act as enabler/facilitator of CRM Salesforce use and improve adoption at all levels in the Commercial Organization
- Train Sales-Industry Managers and Sales Executives to effectively use Salesforce
- Guide Sales-Industry Managers to elevate their Sales Teams (territory management, target setting, dashboards, weekly pipeline meetings)
- Improve quality of Call Reports and Opportunity Pipeline through common standards and discipline
- Improve closing rate of opportunities through focused opportunity pipeline management
- Drive focus on New Business and New Customer Development through Salesforce
- Guide Sales Teams on Strategic Account Planning and management of large/key accounts using Salesforce
- Coordinate design, roll out and effective use of Partner Portals for customer and supplier collaboration
- Suggest and initiate Salesforce functionality enhancements and funnel requirements
- Develop more effective customer relationships and retention through strategic account planning
Requirements
- University Degree in business or chemical engineering
- 5-7 years successful Sales Leadership experience in chemicals distribution, and/or business development
- Demonstrated experience in CRM Salesforce
- Strong technical capabilities including CRM Sales Force and Qlik knowledge
- Strong understanding of salesforce dynamics and motivation
- Strong Teamwork and Interpersonal skills to support teams across the ROC’s and Industry platforms
- Appropriate seniority, experience, and ability to influence others and drive sales
