About the role

  • Define Commercial Excellence Standards and harmonized Sales Process and coordinate implementation across commercial organizations
  • Act as enabler/facilitator of CRM Salesforce use and improve adoption at all levels in the Commercial Organization
  • Train Sales-Industry Managers and Sales Executives to effectively use Salesforce
  • Guide Sales-Industry Managers to elevate their Sales Teams (territory management, target setting, dashboards, weekly pipeline meetings)
  • Improve quality of Call Reports and Opportunity Pipeline through common standards and discipline
  • Improve closing rate of opportunities through focused opportunity pipeline management
  • Drive focus on New Business and New Customer Development through Salesforce
  • Guide Sales Teams on Strategic Account Planning and management of large/key accounts using Salesforce
  • Coordinate design, roll out and effective use of Partner Portals for customer and supplier collaboration
  • Suggest and initiate Salesforce functionality enhancements and funnel requirements
  • Develop more effective customer relationships and retention through strategic account planning

Requirements

  • University Degree in business or chemical engineering
  • 5-7 years successful Sales Leadership experience in chemicals distribution, and/or business development
  • Demonstrated experience in CRM Salesforce
  • Strong technical capabilities including CRM Sales Force and Qlik knowledge
  • Strong understanding of salesforce dynamics and motivation
  • Strong Teamwork and Interpersonal skills to support teams across the ROC’s and Industry platforms
  • Appropriate seniority, experience, and ability to influence others and drive sales
