About the role
- Searching for new and prospect customers who could benefit from the company products
- Establishing new, and maintaining existing, relationships with customers
- Persuading prospect customers that company products will best satisfy their needs
- Negotiating and closing sales by agreeing terms and conditions
- Offering after-sales support services
- Following up on timely delivery of goods and payment collection after sales order acquired
- Recording and maintaining customer data and sales activities on CRM system
- Making technical presentations and demonstrating how a product will meet customer needs
- Providing pre-sales technical assistance and product education
- Strive to meet monthly, quarterly, & yearly sales targets
