About the role

  • Searching for new and prospect customers who could benefit from the company products
  • Establishing new, and maintaining existing, relationships with customers
  • Persuading prospect customers that company products will best satisfy their needs
  • Negotiating and closing sales by agreeing terms and conditions
  • Offering after-sales support services
  • Following up on timely delivery of goods and payment collection after sales order acquired
  • Recording and maintaining customer data and sales activities on CRM system
  • Making technical presentations and demonstrating how a product will meet customer needs
  • Providing pre-sales technical assistance and product education
  • Strive to meet monthly, quarterly, & yearly sales targets
