About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Coordinate and manage all clinical rotations, placements and credentialing aspects
  • Provide support for the Director, Undergraduate Chair, Office Manager, Faculty and Students
  • Collaborate with the Director of Operations, nursing school Director and Chairs
  • Analyze current operational processes and performance, recommending improvements
  • Build and maintain relationships with schools and departments across the college
  • Facilitate clinical practice experiences for all students at multiple sites
  • Participate in accreditation reviews and visits

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Master’s preferred
  • Prior experience in clinical setting preferred
  • Knowledge of educational objectives and experiences of student nurses
  • Understanding of the clinical practice of nursing
  • Knowledge of diverse organizational environments in which nurses practice
  • Knowledge of types of clinical sites needed to meet course content and objectives
