Clinical Coordinator

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Coordinate and manage all clinical rotations, placements and credentialing aspects
- Provide support for the Director, Undergraduate Chair, Office Manager, Faculty and Students
- Collaborate with the Director of Operations, nursing school Director and Chairs
- Analyze current operational processes and performance, recommending improvements
- Build and maintain relationships with schools and departments across the college
- Facilitate clinical practice experiences for all students at multiple sites
- Participate in accreditation reviews and visits
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree required
- Master’s preferred
- Prior experience in clinical setting preferred
- Knowledge of educational objectives and experiences of student nurses
- Understanding of the clinical practice of nursing
- Knowledge of diverse organizational environments in which nurses practice
- Knowledge of types of clinical sites needed to meet course content and objectives
