About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Coordinate recruitment initiatives for the college.
- Work with college personnel and various departments across Brenau for the purposes of meeting annual recruitment goals.
- Review recruitment and retention data with the college’s dean to develop strategies to improve recruitment and retention rates.
- Collaborate with admissions, department chairs, and faculty to schedule and attend recruitment events.
- Responsible for helping to implement and manage programming and student support for online programs.
- Build and maintain relationships with community leaders, local business owners, and representatives from other educational institutions to promote the college.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States on or before the confirmed start date.
