About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Coordinate recruitment initiatives for the college.
  • Work with college personnel and various departments across Brenau for the purposes of meeting annual recruitment goals.
  • Review recruitment and retention data with the college’s dean to develop strategies to improve recruitment and retention rates.
  • Collaborate with admissions, department chairs, and faculty to schedule and attend recruitment events.
  • Responsible for helping to implement and manage programming and student support for online programs.
  • Build and maintain relationships with community leaders, local business owners, financial institutions, non-profit organizations, local Chamber of Commerce and representatives from other educational institutions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Successful applicants must be eligible to work in the United States on or before the confirmed start date.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age, possess a valid Georgia driver’s license, and good driving record.
