Key responsibilities & impact

Develop and execute PR strategies to increase media visibility across health, biotech, and wellness verticals
Lead influencer marketing campaigns aligned with Brello’s brand values, scientific credibility, and community-driven approach
Build and maintain relationships with journalists, health editors, podcast hosts, and biotech trade publications
Create and distribute press and media kits for influencers, journalists, and brand partners
Negotiate and manage partnerships with influencers, thought leaders, and co-branded health companies
Coordinate product and content launches with integrated PR pushes and digital campaigns
Monitor and report campaign performance, providing insights on ROI, engagement, and brand lift
Collaborate cross-functionally with creative, content, and medical teams to ensure message accuracy and brand consistency
Stay ahead of biotech and GLP-1 trends to position Brello as an industry leader

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
1-3 years of experience in PR, influencer marketing, or brand communications
Proven track record in healthtech, biotech, GLP-1, or proactive wellness industries
Strong network of media and influencer relationships in health and lifestyle sectors
Demonstrated success in building brand awareness through strategic PR campaigns and partnerships
Medium to expert-level knowledge of Canva for creating and editing professional-quality designs
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Skilled in press kit creation, influencer briefing decks, and partnership proposals
