About the role
- Develop and execute PR strategies to increase media visibility across health, biotech, and wellness verticals
- Lead influencer marketing campaigns aligned with Brello’s brand values, scientific credibility, and community-driven approach
- Build and maintain relationships with journalists, health editors, podcast hosts, and biotech trade publications
- Create and distribute press and media kits for influencers, journalists, and brand partners
- Negotiate and manage partnerships with influencers, thought leaders, and co-branded health companies
- Coordinate product and content launches with integrated PR pushes and digital campaigns
- Monitor and report campaign performance, providing insights on ROI, engagement, and brand lift
- Collaborate cross-functionally with creative, content, and medical teams to ensure message accuracy and brand consistency
- Stay ahead of biotech and GLP-1 trends to position Brello as an industry leader
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- 1-3 years of experience in PR, influencer marketing, or brand communications
- Proven track record in healthtech, biotech, GLP-1, or proactive wellness industries
- Strong network of media and influencer relationships in health and lifestyle sectors
- Demonstrated success in building brand awareness through strategic PR campaigns and partnerships
- Medium to expert-level knowledge of Canva for creating and editing professional-quality designs
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Skilled in press kit creation, influencer briefing decks, and partnership proposals
