About the role
- Acquisition of new customers and expansion of existing client relationships in the business sector
- Holistic consulting for clients and development of tailored Modern Workplace and New Work concepts
- Presenting solutions, leading negotiations, and managing projects from initial contact through contract signing
- Building and maintaining a strong network and further developing existing contacts
- Close collaboration with inside sales, planning teams, manufacturers, and project partners
- Regular team communication and cooperation to ensure successful project delivery
Requirements
- A commercial qualification, degree (e.g., Business Administration, Interior Architecture, Architecture, or similar), or equivalent experience
- Experience in B2B sales—ideally in office furnishings, workplace design concepts, or project-based sales
- Interest in modern work environments and design, and the ability to translate customer needs into convincing concepts
- Strong communicator, confident presence, and enjoyment of direct interaction with customers and colleagues
- Self-driven working style, commitment, and appreciation for teamwork
- Very good German and good English skills
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools
