About the role

  • Acquisition of new customers and expansion of existing client relationships in the business sector
  • Holistic consulting for clients and development of tailored Modern Workplace and New Work concepts
  • Presenting solutions, leading negotiations, and managing projects from initial contact through contract signing

Requirements

  • A commercial qualification, degree (e.g., Business Administration, Interior Architecture, Architecture, or similar), or equivalent experience
  • Experience in B2B sales—ideally in office furnishings, workplace design concepts, or project-based sales
  • Interest in modern work environments and design, and the ability to translate customer needs into convincing concepts
  • Strong communicator, confident presence, and enjoyment of direct interaction with customers and colleagues
  • Self-driven working style, commitment, and appreciation for teamwork
  • Very good German and good English skills
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools
