About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of critical talent programs, including performance management and employee engagement
  • Consult with team members to execute surveys, programs, and plans that measure and enhance performance and impact
  • Collaborate on career frameworks, talent reviews, succession planning, and development planning
  • Design and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and reporting solutions using Workday and other people data sources
  • Deliver actionable insights, predictive analyses, and strategic recommendations for talent decisions
  • Create executive-level talent presentations using advanced PowerPoint design, visualization, and storytelling
  • Support HR with ad hoc performance, talent management, and analytics projects supporting business growth and people objectives
  • Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, industrial psychology, human resources, and/or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Human Resources, People Analytics, or HR Reporting
  • Advanced proficiency in Workday reporting, including calculated fields, dashboards, Discovery Boards, and workforce data analysis
  • Ability to translate analytics into business insights
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, including data visualization, dashboard development, executive storytelling, and presentation design
  • Demonstrated experience applying AI, machine learning, and predictive analytics concepts to talent management and people analytics initiatives
  • Ability to multitask, work independently and/or within a team, pay attention to detail, and meet deadlines
  • Sound judgment, project management, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume, results-focused corporate environment
  • Preferred: experience with employee survey platforms such as Peakon
  • Preferred: Power BI reporting and dashboard development
  • Preferred: survey design, item creation, or employee listening methodologies
  • Preferred: generative AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, and AI-assisted analytics tools
  • Preferred: advanced Microsoft PowerPoint skills for leadership audiences
  • Ability to remain stationary at times, communicate, and operate a computer and telephone
